Managing Bullying and Harassment at Work
(1 day)

This is a workshop for managers, supervisors, or team leaders. It takes the basic awareness material of identification of bullying and harassment, effects on people and organisations, options for individuals to deal with bullying and harassment, and includes additional material to help equip managers to address bullying and harassment effectively.
